Processing time
All orders are handcrafted and prepared individually. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before dispatch.
UK & Europe
Orders within the UK and EU are shipped via tracked courier and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
United States & Canada
International orders to North America are shipped via tracked international courier and typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Australia & rest of world
Orders to Australia and other international destinations typically arrive within 10–21 business days after dispatch.
Customs duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Lujos has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Fragrance shipping restrictions
Fragrance products are classified as hazardous materials for air freight due to their alcohol content. Some international destinations may have restrictions on shipping perfume by air. If your order cannot be shipped to your location we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.
