EU customers — right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers based in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right please contact us at info@lujosofficial.com within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once the seal has been broken after delivery. This includes opened fragrance bottles.
International customers (outside EU)
All sales are final for customers outside the European Union. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us at info@lujosofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

To initiate a return please email info@lujosofficial.com with your order details and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
