Lujos is a luxury fragrance brand registered in Germany. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at info@lujosofficial.com.
2. What data we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and phone number. When you contact us via our contact form we collect your name, email, phone number and message. We do not store payment card details — these are handled securely by Stripe.
3. How we use your data
We use your personal data to process and fulfil your orders, communicate with you about your order, respond to enquiries, and send order confirmation emails. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of contractual necessity (to fulfil your order), legal obligation (tax and customs requirements), and legitimate interest (fraud prevention and customer service).
5. Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe processes your payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We use Sanity as our content management system. We use Resend to send transactional emails.
6. Data retention
We retain your order data for 10 years as required by German commercial law (Handelsgesetzbuch). Contact form data is retained for 2 years.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You have the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.
